McDonald’s will soon be getting a new building! The old building will be demolished but not before EVERYTHING INSIDE SELLS! Lighting, Windows, Tables, Restaurant Equipment, Bathroom Sinks, Toilets, and more.

This Internet-Only Auction Closes Beginning Friday, March 4th @ 1 p.m. CST.

Payment Info.

Bidder’s credit card on file will be charged in full immediately following the close of the auction. Smith & Company Auction & Realty, Inc. accepts Visa and Mastercard. Purchases cannot be removed from the auction site until paid for in full.

A 3% Buyer’s Premium will be applied to ALL purchases.

Pickup Info.

PICK-UP TIMES CAN NOT BE EXTENDED! The building is scheduled to be demolished. If you win a bid and do not pick-up your item, it will not be salvaged.
